Fees for Civil Litigation and Criminal matters are usually charged at the hourly rate of the responsible lawyer. This is because it is often impossible to tell how much work will be required to reach a resolution at the outset of a file.
However, in our consultation, we can discuss other options for unbundled legal services, pay-as-you-go, or contingency-based fee arrangements.
